We are encouraging all of our students to be a part of the county’s 100 Book Program. Forms will be sent home each month to record books read. When one form is complete, send it back with your child, and we will give him/her another one. Please make sure that the person who listens to the story signs his/her name.
Parents can help their children by doing the following:
Read with your child each night.
Review your child’s homework each night.
Talk with your child each night about what he/she did in school each day.
Valuable Information
Conferences can be conducted before or after school hours.
Discipline: Please refer to Columbus County Schools "Student Rules and Regulations Handbook."
Homework: Homework will be assigned each night. It is your child's responsibility to return work on time.
Snacks: We try our best to make time every afternoon for the students to eat a snack. You will need to provide a snack for your child each day.
