Dear Students,

I am very pleased to welcome you to East Columbus High School for the 2009-10 school year.  I hope you had a pleasant summer and are ready for a successful year.

One of my goals is for you to do your part in helping to continue the record of success in academics, athletics, and other areas.  Much of it will depend on getting off to a good start.  To ensure a successful beginning, you should read your student handbook carefully, share it with your parents, and govern yourselves accordingly.  With your help, I am confident that 2009-10 can be a landmark year.
