Titles of positions vacant are subject to change due to certification needs and/or job responsibilities.

 

APPLICANT SELECTION PROCESS:

 

·         Once applications are received and processed, applicants will be notified if an interview is to be scheduled.

·         Applicants are asked to submit documentation of their qualifications. 

·         Please note that vacancies created by transfers within the system may not be advertised.

 

TRANSFERS:

                            

Individuals presently employed with Columbus County Schools who are interested in a transfer to a listed vacancy must file a transfer request form and a completed application.

 

LICENSED APPLICANTS:

                                                       

·         Licensed applicants need to complete an on-line application available through the North Carolina Department of Instruction website linked to Columbus County School’s Website.

·         Certified applications may be printed and completed from the Columbus County School’s website and returned to the Human Resources Department with documentation. 

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:

 

·         Persons interested in an administrative position at the time it is posted should submit a letter of interest indicating their desire to be considered for the position.

·         A current resume should be attached. 

·         A separate letter is required for each position(s). 

·         Should you fail to submit a letter of interest on or before the posted deadline, your application may not be considered.
