Hallsboro Middle School is located in the southeastern part of North Carolina. We are approximately 40 miles from Wilmington, NC and an hour's drive from the Atlantic Ocean. Hallsboro High School was reorganized in 1992 and became Hallsboro Middle School. The class of 1992 was the last graduating class of Hallsboro High School. Long live the Tigers ! The student body at Hallsboro Middle School (grades 6-8) is drawn from several rural communities in Columbus County, North Carolina. We consist of approximately 300 students. Our racial makeup is Black, White, and Indian.
