It is an
honor to be returning as one of your administrators for the 2011-12 school year.
I am proud to be a part of the family of outstanding teachers, caring and
supportive staff that WCHS has to offer. WCHS is your school. You and your
student are an integral part of this learning community. We are partners in your
child’s education. As our partners, we need you to instill in your child the
value of education. Some of the best ways to do this is to make sure that your
child arrives each day on time and ready to learn. Everyone who is a member of
this community—teachers, parents, secretaries, administrators, custodians, and
of course the student- is actively engaged in learning and growing as an
individual. Learning and growing together and from one another is one of the
most powerful ways to learn. I encourage you as a student, as a parent or
community partner, to get involved! The more you are involved, the more you and
your child will benefit from school. My door is always open to you and your
student. And although the fundamental nature of a school changes from year to
year, one thing remains constant, “Once a Viking, always a Viking”. I look
forward to working with each and every one of you for another exciting year!
