Paraprofessional Appreciation Day is a special day dedicated to those who work in a classroom supporting students to ensure educational success. In the school sector, paraprofessional educators are also known as Behavior Support Specialists, ISS & Alternative Learning Facilitators, Teacher Assistants, and Paraeductors. These fantastic people deliver targeted support to students who may need extra help and work to maintain the classroom, keeping it running smoothly. Paraprofessionals are the unsung heroes of the education system - without their strong foundation, teachers frequently report feeling overwhelmed and overworked. Paraprofessionals help shoulder the workload and allow teachers to focus on what they do best - teach! Paraprofessional Appreciation Day seeks to bring these professionals to the forefront and show them a little extra love for all the incredible work they do, day in and day out.

The Health Department is going to partner with our nurses to facilitate vaccine clinics for rising 7th & 12th graders. CCHD will deliver consents to the schools this Thursday, April 3rd to be handed out ASAP. Consents are due back by April 17th.
Clinics will be on May 9th for ECJ/SHS. You can contact Nurse Lynn if you have additional questions.
Congratulations to our soccer, softball, and baseball team for their victory over the Pack last night! Way to Go GATORS!!!!
