📝 NC Check-Ins
NC Check-Ins will take place this week for grades 3–6. Please make sure students are present, well-rested, and ready to test. These assessments provide valuable practice for EOGs and help teachers monitor progress and share meaningful feedback with families.
Testing Schedule:
Tuesday, November 18 – ELA Check-In (Grades 3–6)
Thursday, November 20 – Science Check-In (Grade 5 only)
Monday, November 24 – Math Check-In (Grade 6) + Makeups
Tuesday, November 25 – Math Check-In (Grades 3–5)

All students are invited to wear traditional ribbon skirts, ribbon shirts, or any Native American attire on Friday.
We are fortunate to learn in such a beautifully diverse school community, and we honor that throughout the year. This spring, before Easter Break, we will also host a Multicultural Day where students will explore and celebrate cultures represented across our campus.
🎁 Toys for Tots Donation Box
HAES believes deeply in giving back to our community. We have been asked to serve as a Toys for Tots drop-off location, and we gladly accepted.
If you’d like to donate, please bring new, unwrapped toys to the front office. Thank you for helping us spread joy this holiday season! 💙🐾
