Thursday, October 2nd, is School Custodian Appreciation Day. Please join us in showing Mr. Baldwin how much he is appreciated. Also on Thursday, we will induct new members into the Elementary and Jr. Beta Club at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. Inductees and members should have received a letter with information regarding the event. Please contact Mrs. Nobles or Ms. Nelson if you have any questions.
On Friday, October 3rd we will begin our “Mustang Fast Break”. Students who have met our weekly iReady goals (80% proficiency on at least two lessons) and met our weekly Mustang Excellence Expectations (no bus or office referrals) may participate. Students will also be able to purchase snacks during that time.

Columbus County Schools is closely monitoring the weather forecast for next week. At this time, we will be operating on a regular schedule. However, the forecast remains extremely complex and may require us to adjust school schedules quickly if conditions change.

To keep families informed, updates will be shared through the following channels:

District and school Facebook pages
Text messages and phone calls
Remind notifications
The CCS Mobile App
District and school websites
X.com - @colcoschools
Local media outlets

As a general rule, we will move to remote instruction on days when weather prevents us from being in person.
We encourage you to check these platforms regularly so you receive the most up-to-date information.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our students and staff safe.
