📚📅 Attention Warriors! January is packed with important dates and events to keep on your radar. Whether you're gearing up for the end of semester or looking forward to winter break activities, here's what’s coming up:
**January 17** – End of 1st Semester
**January 20** – MLK Holiday - No School
**January 21** – Teacher Workday - No School
**January 22** –Teacher Workday - No School
**January 27 - 30** - Homecoming Week

Due to potential weather-related issues on the western end of Columbus County, all schools will dismiss early at 2 PM today. This decision ensures that buses have adequate time to complete their routes safely before conditions potentially deteriorate.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the well-being of our students and staff.

Happy belated birthday to our amazing AP, Mr. Autry, who celebrated earlier this week and to our dedicated teacher, Mrs Newman, who enjoyed her special day over winter break! We are grateful for all the hard work and dedication you bring to our school. Wishing you both a year filled with happiness, success, and wonderful memories!
Got a special occasion or event coming up? You can Rent the Rock at school to paint and celebrate in style! 🎉 Whether it's for birthdays, sports victories, spirit weeks, or just because, the rock will be YOUR canvas to share your message with the whole school community. 🌟

Happy Wednesday!

Happy Tuesday!

🚗 Car Line Changes 🚙
‼️ Start on 1/7/25 ‼️
If you did not receive a car tag yet, don't worry, yours is probably going home Tuesday.
If your student is picked up in a group, the oldest student takes the tags home.
Two copies were sent home with a paper copy of this facebook post. If your family needs more tags, please email Mrs. Hern at whitneyhern@columbus.k12.nc.us (Include the student(s) and grade level(s).
Staff members can still manually type in your student(s) name(s) on Tuesday.
Starting on Wednesday, anyone without a car tag will be asked to come inside to verify their identity.

Welcome back, everyone! 🌟
There are 2 weeks left in the 1st semester! Let’s bring the energy, the focus, and the good vibes as we finish strong!
