🎉 Today, we had the pleasure of hosting the rising 6th graders from Chadbourn Elementary! 🎒✨ They got a sneak peek into our school life, learning all about our sports 🏀, clubs 🌱, classes 📚, and school spirit 💙. Columbus County Health Department will be visiting Columbus County Schools to offer Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap) and Meningococcal vaccines to rising 7th and 12th graders. This is an excellent opportunity for students to receive their state required vaccines. If you are interested in your child receiving these vaccines while at school, please complete the paperwork and sign the consent that will be sent home April 3rd. All forms will need to be turned in to your child’s school by April 17th.
Vaccines Information Sheets will be provided. Please reach out to your child’s school nurse or the pediatric nurses at Columbus County Health Department, if you have any questions or concerns.
