If you are interested in participating and helping raise money for the school, then complete the form and return it to school. Once the permission form has been completed you may begin selling.
Help support our third and fourth grade spelling bee participants. The spelling bee will take place at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Good luck to all the contestants.
Parents please make sure that you have signed up for Remind and Here Comes the Bus. These two apps are used by teachers and administration to communicate with you. If you need assistance with downloading these applications, then please contact the school. You will need your child’s school identification number and the code 29893 for Here Comes the Bus. More details about Here Comes the Bus can be found on the county’s webpage.
Our book fair ended on Friday. Thank you for supporting this event and for encouraging your child/children to read. It is important that children read every day or listen to someone read to them.
This concludes the messages for the week. Thank you for supporting Old Dock Elementary School.

Williams Township School would like to thank our students, staff, parents, and community for the outpouring of supplies for the WNC Hurricane Helene victims. We would also like to thank Mr. Casey Godwin from the Roseland Fire Department for picking up two loads of supplies that will be delivered to the Waynesville NC.

TCS 8th grade students worked on their ELA review for their text of the week, “Phineas Gage.” Students were tasked to rotate through stations for the activity. One station was a major hit where students played a game of vocabulary review by playing spoons. There was a lot of laughs and friendly competition today!

On Thursday, 9/26, Columbus County Schools' Autism Support Team attended NC DPI's Fall Autism Support Team meeting in Lillington, NC. It was a valuable day of learning and planning. This is an energetic group of educators who share a common goal of providing evidence-based supports and services for each one of our students on the Autism Spectrum.

Congratulations to the 2024-2025 Spelling Bee Winners for Williams Township School! These students will be representing WTS at the CCS Fair on Tuesday Oct. 8th (Elementary) and Wednesday, Oct. 9th (Middle School) at 6 PM. Please come out and support our Aggies!

Good Evening, Old Dock Families,
Old Dock Elementary School will be hosting Family Night tomorrow evening at 6:00 p.m. in the gym! We hope you can join us for a night of family engagement activities, a fun game of bingo, and a visit to the Book Fair.
We look forward to seeing you there!
At TCS, a mad mathematician locked all of Ms. Tart’s classes in her classroom on Thursday. In order to escape, groups had to use their skills with quadrilaterals to solve math problems and critical thinking skills to figure out puzzles to retrieve the key to break out of the classroom. Luckily all students made it out just in time!

At TCS, Kindergarten students taste tested different apple varieties! They made predictions and then tested their tasty theories! 🍎
